I question the veracity of media shown to Steve Witkoff by the Israeli's regarding October 7th. As with many instances in Ukraine, it's quite evident that Israel masterfully spins October 7th into a conventional interpretation, painting Hamas as entirely evil, and Israel as offended innocents.
I also question the similar media spin of 'war crimes' that happened in Ukraine, in particular, Bucha. These were presented by Ukrainska Pravda, as war crimes against Ukrainian civilians, by fleeing Russian troops. Yet we know Ukrainian forces have always been willing to murder Russian speaking Ukrainian civilians, whether in Crimea, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Luhansk, Mykolayiv, or Zaporizhzhya oblasts, and recently in Kursk.
There is history of the Kiev regime committing war crimes against its own people in order to paint the Russians as war criminals. Putin has admitted, 'we don't do media' and doesn't seem to mind. The Russians tend to get around to correcting the record in due time, and very slowly.
My own researches led me to determine that the Bucha killings were brutal movie sets, that Zelensky's spin doctors exploited for narrative purposes, perhaps with the assistance of the UK, utilizing fake blood, and other devices to magnify the horrors of dead bodies piled up. Real blood looks mud-colored after just a few hours. Yet the blood they showed in Bucha looked as fresh as that in an active abattoir. Since that horror, those original photos have been destroyed, and manipulated.
In the digital age, an army of graphic designers with photoshop may coerce history as effectively as an army of men with artillery and missiles.
Ukraine performed similar media manipulation after staged rocket attacks on Kramatorsk, performed by Ukraine itself, against it's own cities. The remnants of the Kramatorsk rockets were from the Soviet era, obsolete weapons that Russia does not even own.
The Bucha, bodies were piled in positions not possible for people with such horrific wounds. I recognized the falsity of the spin hitting Western media screens, thanks only to a fifteen year career as a professional filmmaker. When I apply the same skepticism to the horrors Steve Witkoff spoke of, a horrific film of a Israeli citizen having his/her head sawed off by Hamas attackers.
I feel empathy for the Israelis, but KNOW in my bones, this was a spin job executed to convince us, and emissaries like Steve Witkoff most of all, that October 7th was a set of war crimes committed against the Jewish people.
Initial reporting, by media of many nations, represented that Hamas killed Israelis in military uniform, but DID NOT rape, butcher civilians or commit crimes against humanity. Thus I wonder what film was shown to Steve Witkoff? October 7th was a meticulously planned military operation. Would Hamas have spent any capital gained from their courageous attack by the murder of civilians. Would Israel go out of it's way to paint Hamas as war criminals?
There much footage of Israeli hostages being released and thanking their captives. Was this Stockholm syndrome? Perhaps. Or an inconvenient truth that Israeli hostages were indeed treated well?
There is equally solid evidence that Israeli hostages released after October 7th, were silenced by the Israeli military, to control renderings of the fair treatment they received. Was Western media's first impression that Hamas ran a tight ship have been correct? Or has the record been modified?
Cameras, digital processors, and editors have worked overtime to counteract truthful renderings horrors in both wars The control of media seems to be the ONLY WAR in this modern age, unless one side possesses superior force, as the Russians do in Ukraine. Hamas has no chance against the media factories of the West.
I recommend that Steve Witkoff, and any viewers of this video, regurgitate the lies he's being fed by Israel. I encourage him to return to Hamas and recommence negotiations there. Meanwhile, be skeptical of any head chopper footage offered by either side in this horrible conflict. I would urge Steve, in his ultra important role as President Trump's emissary, be equally skeptical of any such material presented to him.
