Take your pain,
Bring it to your heart
And burn it . . like fuel.
Watch it light up your third eye.
Take all your pains
Get them to the center of what you are,
And meditate,
So it becomes a white light,
That illuminates the world.
Take each pain,
And move it from the hands,
From the pit of gut, out the memory, the book of hurts,
The slashes of loves lost,
The burns of friendships that were false,
Take them all
Heap them in a pile
And burn them.
In your heart.
